Homemade ranch has always been one of my favorites. The taste is just incomparable to the store bought stuff. This recipe is extremely easy to make and can be made with fresh or dried herbs.
TOTAL TIME: 10 MINS
INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup Sir Kensington Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 tsp fresh minced garlic
- 2 tsp fresh minced red onion
- 2 tsp fresh parsley
- 2 tsp fresh chives
- 1 tsp fresh dill weed
- 1/4 tsp of Terrasoul Superfoods Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 pint-sized glass mason jar
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all the ingredients to a high powered blender, like a Ninja Bullet or Vitamix, and pulse until well combined -- about 1 minute.
- Transfer to an airtight container or pint-sized mason jar.
- Refrigerate your ranch dressing for at least one hour before serving. If you used dried herbs, you'll need to refrigerate overnight. I do this even when using fresh herbs so all the flavors can blend together. Use with salad, crispy baked fries, chicken fingers, fried pickles and more! One batch lasts for a week.
